Please note that returns are subject to a return fee. This fee varies per country, and will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.

• You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to return it to us. Naludore does not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.
• The item(s) must be unworn. Keep it free from stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
• All items are thoroughly inspected before any refund is made.
• Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.
